Wings & Wheels is an online aviation company searching for a full-time, hard-working candidate for a long-term position. No aviation experience is required. We provide full training. You work closely with Sales and Customer Service, learning operations in shipping and receiving. Activities include but are not limited to pulling the stock off shelves, packing goods in shipping containers, developing mailing labels, maintaining shipping documents, ensuring all orders have been filled correctly, completing invoices, calculating shipping costs, monitoring inventory levels, stocking shelves, assembling some products, receiving shipments, etc.
There is no heavy lifting. We do not use a forklift or pallet jack. These products are small aircraft parts and avionics.

Education/Experience Qualifications
· A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
Other Qualifications
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Basic computer skills required
· Self-motivated
· Ability to interpret, receive direction, and apply both written and oral communication
· Flexible to quickly adapt to learning new tasks
· Flexible to work in multiple areas as required
· Demonstrated competencies in teamwork, professional demeanor, quality, job knowledge, communication, problem-solving and lean principles, flexibility, attendance, and timeliness.
